Cox Energy has 600 MWp, together with other partners, of which significant part is supported by long-term contracts. In addition, it has a pipeline of 1,500 MWp.
Through its company Cox Energy Mexico Suministrador S.A de CV, it has begun to market electric power in Mexico to qualified users (those with contracted power of more than 1 MW).Â Through an increase of capital, Cox Energy has given Nexus entry into the Group with a 40% holding of its Mexican company, Suministradora de Electricidad a Usuarios Calificados. Cox Energy will maintain 60 %. With the signing of this agreement, both companies will combine their expertise and positioning to reach an increasingly relevant market share, not only in electricity trading, but also in the representation business of power generation plants (i.e. managing the generated electricity).
